Pre-installation information

Before Plug Me In can provide you with a quote, they need certain information about your car, home and current electrical set-up. This will also enable them to see if you’re eligible for any grants. All Plug Me In’s prices include an EV Qualification Survey, where a Plug Me In-trained surveyor* will visit your property to find out more about your charging needs. This will be done at a time to suit you and usually within five days.

In less than 2 working days the results of your survey will have been reviewed by Plug Me In’s technical team who will guide you through the next steps.

Plug Me In will also want to time your installation day with the arrival of your car, so let them know when this is due – they’ll make sure everything is ready in time.

*Note that this team is non-technical and will not be able to advise on cable routes and answer questions regarding your electrical infrastructure.
