Indra Board

Our Board sets Indra's broad strategic framework, providing insight and advice on priorities and monitoring progress in delivering the strategy. It is responsible for corporate governance and is accountable for the company's financial performance, activities and risk management.

John O'Donohue

Executive Chair, Indra

John is an experienced technology CEO and chair, specialising in commercialising tech innovation in the SME sector. John joined Indra at the start of 2021 as Executive Chair after the completion of the A round investment. He is a former Motorola technology veteran with over 25 years’ experience in building high growth companies. John was also the Founder and Managing Partner for Motorola Ventures in Europe and was General Manager of its wireless infrastructure business in its growth phase. Previously, he was CEO of Power Oasis and Chair of Vision Semantics and is a leading advocate for tech innovation and progressive venture capital in Europe. John did his MBA at Imperial College Business School and engineering degrees at University College Dublin.

Mike Schooling

Founder and Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Indra

Mike founded Indra in 2013 fuelled by a passion for harnessing technology to make a difference to sustainability, specifically by supporting the move to a world of net-zero transportation enabled through intelligent home charging technology. Outside of Mike’s technology expertise, he has taken Indra on its journey of growth, from start-up business to becoming a major player within the EV Charger sector.

Adrian (Ady) Moores

Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Indra

Ady is an international, PE-savvy CEO with a track record of building and scaling early stage, fast-growth technology companies in a hardware & software environment. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Ady started his career at KPMG and Unipart, before moving into fast growing technology businesses 3DO, Bright Things plc (London IPO) and 1E. Prior to joining Indra, Ady was Group CEO at P2i, where he oversaw the company’s rapid growth from start-up to substantive, profitable business, building longterm sustainable shareholder value, delivered with a clear ESG value proposition to the world’s Top 10 Consumer Electronics brands.

Camille Nehme

VP Finance and Strategic Development, Gulf Oil

Camille has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. As Vice President for Strategy and Transformation, Camille is responsible for positioning the Gulf brand within the mobility space as well as defining new business models and serves on the Board of several Gulf companies. He started his career as financial auditor for Ernst & Young. Prior to joining Gulf, he spent several years as Finance Manager in a consortium including Elf, Agip and Texaco.

Jonathan Tudor

Investment Partner, Clean Growth Fund

Jonathan is an Investment Partner at the Clean Growth Fund, an early stage climate deep tech fund. Jonathan has more than 20 years of venture investment experience across multiple sectors, geographies and markets. He has led investment teams at BP Ventures and more recently was Technology Strategy director at Centrica. He holds a Doctorate in Chemistry from Balliol College Oxford.

Steven Ackroyd

VP Corporate Development, OVO

Steve has more than 15 years of corporate development experience in energy and technology, operating across multiple sectors, geographies and markets. He has led business development and M&A activities at ExxonMobil and Shell and has spent the last six years as part of the executive team at OVO where he has helped build the business into one of the UK's largest energy retail companies.

Alongside OVO, Steve is also part of the executive team of Vertical Aerospace, an electric aerospace company listed on the NYSE. As well as being a director of Indra, Steve also sits on the board of several other energy and technology companies as Investor Director.

Leighton King

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

With an established track record of over 20 years’ experience within the motor industry, Leighton King has previously held senior positions at Aston Martin. In his most recent role as commercial director at LEVC (part of the Geely Group), Leighton was responsible for the global launch of the brand, along with the introduction of the range of electric commercial vehicles and setting up the international dealer and distributor channels. Set against a landscape of huge growth opportunity, in his role as Chief Commercial Officer, Leighton is focussed on enabling Indra to define and deliver the commercial strategy for the new and existing range of products and propositions.

Hannah Owen

People Director

Hannah has extensive experience in management operations and joined Indra in 2017 when there were just six employees. Since then, Hannah has helped the business grow to over 100 employees and was instrumental in enabling Indra to achieve Investors in People, Worcester Works Well and ISO9001 accreditation. Prior to joining Indra, Hannah was part of the senior management team at Keys and Worcester County Council. Responsible for HR, health and safety, and business operations, Hannah is passionate about culture and ensuring company values align with making Indra a great place to work.

John Fox

Chief Technology Officer

John Fox brings with him over 15 years’ experience across the transport, future mobility, automotive and aerospace sectors. Before joining Indra, John was Programme Director for Micromobility at WMG (formerly Warwick Manufacturing Group), working to accelerate a positive transition to net zero transportation. His role there saw him work between industry, government, transport authorities and academia to answer critical research questions and support real-world trials of products and services. Previously John worked in the aerospace industry during a decade with Rolls-Royce as a Chartered Engineer, and the energy industry leading a practice specialising in new business model innovation with UK SMEs. As Chief Technology Officer at Indra, John is responsible for the engineering team’s delivery of new and innovative products, projects and technologies.
