Installer Rewards Promotion – Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)
1. Promoter
The promoter of this incentive is Indra Renewable Technologies Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. The Promotion
The Installer Rewards Promotion (“the Promotion”) rewards eligible installers for the installation and full commissioning of qualifying Smart LUX charge points during the promotional period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion will run for a period of three (3) months, commencing on 1st March 2026, or until a total of 1,500 qualifying units have been successfully claimed, whichever occurs first (“the Promotional Period”).
The maximum total number of qualifying installations eligible under this Promotion is 1,500. Once this limit is reached, the Promotion will close automatically and no further installations will qualify.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion:
• the claimant must be a professional electrical installer operating in the United Kingdom.
• the installer must be approved, registered, or otherwise authorised by the Promoter (where applicable).
• the Promotion is not open to DIY installers, consumers, or hobbyists.
• where a Smart LUX charge point is purchased, promoted, or supplied by a third party and installation services are subcontracted, only the purchaser and owner of the charge point at the point of sale is eligible to claim the reward. The installing contractor is not eligible to claim in such circumstances, unless expressly agreed with the Promotor.
5. Qualifying Installations
To qualify for the reward:
• the installer must have registered for the promotion with the Promotor within the Promotional Period.
• the installation must be a new Smart LUX EV charger installation.
• installations must be fully installed and commissioned on or after 1 March 2026, and before the Promotional Period ends.
• commissioning must be completed using the Indra Installer App, and the installation must be registered within Dynamo.
• the installation must not be part of any excluded fulfilment route (see Clause 6).
Each reward is linked to an individual charger installation and may not be duplicated.
6. Excluded Installations
The Promotion does not apply to:
• any fulfilment installs generated via Indra, including but not limited to:
• Fleet client installations
• installations originating from the Indra website
• Charger upgrades
• any replacement, warranty, or remedial installations
• any installation completed outside the Promotional Period
Claims submitted for excluded installations will not qualify.
7. Claim Process
Claims will be validated by the Promoter using its internal systems, including confirmation that the installation has been commissioned via the Indra Installer App and registered within Dynamo.
Installers are responsible for ensuring that commissioning information is accurate and complete.
The Promoter may request additional information where reasonably required to validate an installation.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject claims where it reasonably believes that an installation does not meet the qualifying criteria, or where misuse, manipulation, or fraud is suspected.
8. Reward and Payment
Eligible claims will be rewarded £40 (or the value thereof) per verified installation.
Payment will be processed within 30 days of the end of the Promotional Period, following validation of all qualifying claims.
Payment will be made either by:
• BACS bank transfer, or
• Lifestyle vouchers, at the Promoter’s discretion or as selected during the claim process (if offered).
Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash alternative other than as specified.
9. Verification and Audit
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be abusing, manipulating, or attempting to circumvent the intent of the Promotion, including attempts to exceed the installation cap or submit non-qualifying installations.
10. Tax
The reward offered under this Promotion is a discretionary promotional incentive and is not consideration for the supply of goods or services to the Promoter.
Installers are not required to issue an invoice in respect of any reward received under this Promotion.
Each installer remains responsible for determining and accounting for any income or corporation tax obligations arising from receipt of the reward.
No VAT is intended to be charged or paid in relation to the reward.
Participation in the Promotion does not create any contractual obligation to install products for the Promoter.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency or employment relationship between the Installer and the Promoter.
11. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and Termination
The Promotion may be withdrawn or these Terms amended at any time by the Promoter, provided that such changes do not affect claims already validated in accordance with these Terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
• claims not received during the Promotional Period
• claims not received at any time due to technical issues
• incorrect details provided by claimants
• installations that fail to meet qualifying criteria
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability.
14. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
