A fix to the problem that some customers were experiencing logging in to the Indra App was released 5pm 28/1/2026. If you are still experiencing the issue, please follow the instructions below. We apologise for any frustrations the issue has caused.

We're aware of an issue logging into the Indra App that is affecting some users.
Some users are unable to get past the e-mail verification step when clicking the email link on the phone with the Indra app on.
We're working to fix this and will release an updated version of the Indra app shortly.
In the meantime, to sign in to your account on your device when you’re stuck in a verification loop, please follow the steps below:
If you have an iPhone, please go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Select Indra App > Offload App.
If you have an Android device, please go to Settings > Apps > Select the Indra App > 'Storage & cache' > Clear cache
⚠️ Important
Please ensure you open the verification email on a different device from the one you’re trying to log in on. If it’s opened on the same device, the verification process may not complete properly.
